IMMUHUBS
ImmuHubs – Building Sustainable Immunization Systems
ImmuHubs is a European collaborative project that aims to improve equitable access to vaccination by strengthening immunization systems in disadvantaged, isolated, and underserved communities. Coordinated across multiple European countries, the project supports the development of sustainable regional “ImmuHubs” that bring together healthcare professionals, public health authorities, community organizations, and citizens.
Through capacity building, knowledge transfer, community engagement, and evidence-based interventions, ImmuHubs addresses barriers to vaccination and promotes vaccine confidence among populations that are often difficult to reach. ViVI contributes its expertise in digital health, vaccine confidence, community engagement, and evidence-based communication to support the development of lasting solutions that extend beyond the project’s duration.
